Trick or Treat Spooky Sweets!

I love these little Trick or Treaters by Memory Box.  I started out by stamping the image on ivory cardstock & then used ink to dirty up the whole image.  I colored in with the Copic Marker colors as shown.  For the ghost I stamped it again on white paper & cut it out so that it would have a bright white look to it & a little dimension.  The words are from Papertrey Ink's Spooky Sweets II.  I added the bat to the scene as well.  Too cute to Spook!

Little Polka Dot Boxes!

I printed out this polka dot on orange & kraft papers & then covered these small boxes of Hot Tamales.  I'm hooked on these Tim Holtz Typewriter charms too - there are so many things you can do with them.  The set comes with the alphabet, but I was able to find a tiny spider & a tiny pumpkin on some patterned paper to punch out & add to the charms.

Here are more little boxes with charms on them - a witch, a spider web & a ghost!

Totally Witchin'

A cute card to send to a girlfriend for Halloween!  The stamp set is by My Favorite Things called Totally Witchin'.   In this card I colored the orange skirt & then used a white pen to add the polka dots.  The green skirt is colored & then I added glitter.  I think it would be fun to paper piece the witches skirts too.

Tiny Treat - Halloween!

I have this sign hanging in my Stamping Studio...The rest of the month I will be posting Halloween related items on the ole' blog! Are you spooked??

This cute Tiny Treats Halloween set by Papertrey Ink is perfect for Halloween Treats!  I have the die cut called Mat Stack 4 that matches the label shape so it makes for quick & easy tag making!  I used the die to cut out several colors of tags & then was ready to decorate them.  Some of them I used the stamps from the set & other were embellishments that I had in my Halloween Project case!

Lovin' From The Oven goes Fall ~

You guessed it - yet another card with Lovin' From The Oven by My Favorite Things.  I had a friend with a birthday this month & I thought it would be perfect to use a Fall theme for the card.  I embossed the background paper with Cuttlebug's Pumpkin Harvest Embossing Folder.  The words are from the stamp set.  My friend bakes cakes for a hobby so this card will be perfect for her!!

These fun square favor boxes – made using the Martha Stewart Scoring Board – are perfect for tucking in yummy Halloween treats!  I found the directions for making these boxes on Paper Source's website.  Click here for the step by step directions to make these cute little boxes.

If you open the lid on your Martha Stewart Scoring Board there are measurements for making various sizes of boxes.  Pretty cool to have it right there at your fingertips!  Isn't Martha something??

My Kraft & Black Polka Dot Box

I downloaded the Digi Halloween Dotty Papers from MFT Stamps.  I thought the black polka dots printed out the best.  As you can see I printed them on various colors of cardstock.  The Papertrey Ink cardstock is Kraft, Orange Zest & Summer Sunrise.

Gardening Girl - Tulips!

Another great set by My Favorite Things called Who's That Gardening Girl.  I paper pieced her top & everything else was colored in with Copic Markers.  The patterned papers are from Cosmo Cricket Mini Deck Garden Variety Paper Pad.  I used the Martha Stewart Grass Edge punch to put along the border of the flower garden.

Copic Markers that I used for coloring.
The sunflower embellishment looked enough like the sunshine so I added that as well.  This was from a pack of stickers by Recollections & I think they were purchased at Michael's.

Another Halloween Chef card - I found this cool background paper by Memory Box Blackbird Collection & loved all the orange & rust colors.  I added a spider web at the corner of the card & a rub-on spider on the her wooden spoon!  I think most anyone that has seen cards made up using the Lovin' From the Oven set by My Favorite Things has ended up purchasing it!  It will always be a favorite!!
