Another Organization Project

I found this Organizer Box at Michael's in the jewelry department.  I really love the little boxes & that you can mix & match the sizes that you need.  You get a total of 6 compartment boxes included in the set & I purchased extra because I knew that I had quite a few different items.  I wanted my amuse studio embellishments to be easy to access.  I have buttons, brads, clothespins and paper flowers all in one place.  The small round tins have eyelets in them & they were not included in the set.  If I need to pack up for a workshop, I can just grab what I need out of here!  One of my favorite things to do is to spend a few hours with my PTouch labeling machine & get something organized!!

Die Cut Organization

I love these art profolio's.  You can purchase them at Michael's or Hobby Lobby in the art department of the store.  I have one with all my cardstock color charts & Copic Marker charts in it.  Along with the washi tape & felt samples.  Over the weekend I was able to complete another book with all my die cut samples.  I  made a label for the spine of the folder on the computer.  Besides all the pages for the die cut samples, I included the Die Cutting & Embossing Plate Guide, the Grand Calibur Reference sheet and my inventory of what dies that I own personally. It all looks so professional.

4th of July Treats

Washi Tape - in a new light...

I saw this idea on Pinterest.  I started with the clear tea lights that I purchased at Hobby Lobby.  Amuse Studio's washi tape is just the right width to cover the tea lights.  I also used tape that I purchased at Target but it had to be trimmed to a smaller width. 

I had the cute little metal pail that I picked up from the $1 bins at Target & I wrapped amuse studio's red & white washi tape around it.  Washi tape is an easy & fun way to decorate for any occasion. 

Amuse Studio Rosettes!

As you can see I have been having a ball with the rosette dies by amuse studio!  I was inspired by the June Spotlight and all the wonderful 4th of July themed items.  The combinations are endless with various papers and how you decide to decorate them.  I used the Let Freedom Ring stamp set to create these very patriotic rosettes. 

I created all these rosettes using the rosettes dies from amuse studio.  You will need a long platform on your die cutting machine to accommodate these dies. 

I used a variety of dies from amuse studio to make these rosettes.

Venetian Background

I love amuse studio's Venetian Background stamp.  I decided the other day to stamp the background on various colors of cardstock.  I used my versamark ink pad & white embossing powder to get the bright white results!  I like having these ready to use as strips on the bottom of cards.

Amuse Studio Popcorn Boxes!

The Popcorn boxes are decorated with small rosettes (made from trimming the rosette die cut down to 1"). So patriotic!!

To make small rosette, cut two scallop-edge rosette strips. Trim rosette end of each strip to 1" and put together to make small rosettes (we trimmed the remaining pieces to 1" and made rosettes without a patterned edge with those pieces).

Trimming the rosette die cut to make smaller rosettes is a great tip to share with your customers as many won't think about this versatile way to use the Rosette Die Set.
