This is a fun little card that I made for our niece that recently got engaged.  I love these wood veneers in the shape of people that I saw at Archiver's and I just had to have them! 

You are FAB, no seriously you are!!

I have been using this sentiment stamp on so many cards lately!  This card idea is in the 2013 Amuse Studio Valentine Catalog (Page 5).  I have had my eye on the card & so I decided to make one!  I did change out the glittered heart for a felt heart.

Amuse Studio Sending My Love

Here are a couple of darling card ideas by Amuse Studio using the Sending My Love stamp set.  Even though the sets are mostly Valentine themed see how you could use these cards for anything?  

Amuse Studio Big Heart Die

I used Amuse Studio's Big Heart Die for this card.  I ran the die thru my die cutting machine 3 times.  Once with sugar cardstock for the base, once with Cherry Heartbreaker cardstock and last with Cherry Sweetheart cardstock.  Then I held together in my hand the two patterned cardstock hearts and cut them into fourths.  You arrange the pieces on the sugar cardstock and get sort of a patchwork look.

Amuse Studio Winter Stag

I just love how these cards turned out.  Amuse Studio helps Consultants with Ready to Roll Workshop ideas each month.  This was one of the card ideas for January.  This is exactly how the pine trees look in our front yard!

Cardstock:  Titian, Pebble

Ink:  Seattle, Onyx Versafine

Other:  Le Pouf (for snow), Heat Tool, Diamond Glitter, Quickie Glue Pen

Score Titian cardstock at 4 1/4" to create an A2 card base (finished card measures 4 1/4" x 5 1/2")  Stamp large tree on Pebble layer (4 1/2" x 3 1/4") - once with Seattle ink, then again without re-inking.  Stamp sentiment on Pebble layer with Onyx Versafine ink.  Using swirl image from Winter Stag and Seattle ink, stamp off on scrap paper, then stamp on Pebble layer in upper right corner around "thank you" image.  Add Le Pouf randomly to darkest tree, heat.  Embellish with Diamond glitter using glue pen over puffed Le Pouf areas and stamped swirls.  Adhere Pebble layer to card base with 3D foam adhesive.

Happy New Year!

Happy 2013 to you!  I was exicted for the New Year for many reasons but one of them was this wonderful hand stamped calendar that I received from my sister-in-law, Laura as a Christmas gift!   The 8x8 calendar is decorated with all Amuse Studio stamps & accessories and was part of a swap that Laura participated in last year.  She was able to duplicate most all of the pages and make a calendar for me!  She included the awesome metal flip stand and I'm ready for each month of 2013!  Thank you Laura for the great gift, I love it!
