Amuse Studio Inks & Refills

I have shared my storage system for my Amuse Studio Inks pad on my blog before.  I love the Stackables that I buy at Target.  They not only store my ink but it is handy to have the reinkers included in the stack!  The stackables come with a set of divided trays and I have found the perfect use for them.  They keep the reinkers from falling over and the good news is that the lid will still snap on!

Amuse Studio Treat Bags

I saw this cool technique on the internet & thought I had to share it!  This is a neat trick to turn your flat treat bags into a gusset bottom bag with a few simple steps.  

I started with an Amuse Studio Medium Sized {5" x 7 1/2"} Orange Polka Dot Treat Bag and converted it to a gusset bottom bag to give you even more versatility for using these bags for all your parties.  Some times you have treats that don't work the best in the flat type of bag.  So here you go...

I added a piece of cardstock in the bottom of the bag to make it more sturdy.

Amuse Studio Sneak Peek Happy Haunting

Yesterday my Consultant preorder arrived in the mail from Amuse Studio!  I had a blast yesterday afternoon spending time in my stamp studio creating cards using my new stamps & dies!  This set is called Happy Haunting and the little ghosts are so cute and there are matching dies!  Oh Yea!

Amuse Studio Diamond Glitter

I like to have my glitter stored in a small plastic container to make it easy to sprinkle back into the container.  I decided to decorate one of Amuse Studio's small wooden spoons to add a little more glitz to the glitter container!  

I used the red sticky tape to add Orange Glitter to the end of the wooden spoon, then stamped the words Glitter on the spoon using Amuse Studio's Retired Mini Alphabet set.

I purchased this cool tool the other day and had a chance to play with it a little bit.  It is called the Envelope Punch Board by We R Memory Keepers.  It is a quick & easy way to make your own envelopes.  I used Amuse Studio Seattle Pinstripe paper to make an envelope to coordinate with my card.

Cardstock:  Sky, Sugar, Latte, Wasabi

Ink:  Versamark, Memento Tuxedo Black, Buttercup

Other:  Pearl Embossing Powder, 3D adhesive, Copic BG10 & darker blue for shading

Score Sky cardstock to make a 4-bar card base.  Stamp Rolling Seas BG with Versamark on Sky cardbase.  Emboss with Pearl embossing powder.  Freehand cut Wasabi, Latte and Sky layers and adhere onto Sugar cardstock starting with Wasabi.  Stamp the sentiment with Memento Black ink on the Sky card stock.  Stamp 1 1/4" circle on Sugar layer with Buttercup ink.  Adhere Sugar layer to card front.  Stamp Lighthouse on Sugar cardstock scrap with Memento Black ink and fussy cut around it.  Color lighthouse with Copic BG 10 and shade with a darker Copic.  Mount the lighthouse to the card front with 3D foam adhesive.

A good friend of mine hosts all of her nieces every year for a Summer Camp weekend at her house.  She always does a variety of things with the girls and stamping is one of them.  I surprised them this year with a card kit that I sent to them in the mail.  What great memories those little girls are making with their cousins!   Have fun!!
