You will notice that we are retiring most of our A Muse Studio felt colors. You will see three of these colors (Vanilla, Cherry and Fern) appear in future seasonal catalogs - like the 2014 Holiday Catalog. All other colors are retiring for good.

You will also notice that a large number of A Muse Studio dies are retiring, including our line of exclusive dies by Spellbinders. Unfortunately, we’re no longer able to offer these dies at a price that’s competitive. But don’t despair! We know you love die cutting and there are tons of creative new die designs coming in the new catalog!

Retiring stamp sets can still be selected for Hostess Rewards at the appropriate discounted price.  No other coupons or discounts apply to the Retiring Products sale.

Easter Sticky Notes

Sorry I'm still posting Easter stuff but I wanted to share these little post-it matchbooks that I found at Target.  You could decorate them for any occasion.  

The picture is kind of blurry and has a shadow -  but you get the idea!  

Wedding Day!

We are so excited to be celebrating our nephew's wedding today!  I made up a couple of signs so that guests can put pictures on Instagram.  It was a simple download from a website that I found.  Congratulations, we are so happy to be celebrating with you!!

Amuse Studio Pillow Box Die

A quick pillow box Thank You! 

Amuse Studio Supplies:    SHOP AMUSE STUDIO

Stamps:  Showered with Love, Mod Backgrounds 1

Cardstock:  Apricot, Amethyst, Navy

Ink:  Navy

Other:  Vanilla Crepe paper, Clear circle stickers, Vanilla Organdy ribbon, Pillow Box die, Nestabilities Circle, 1 ½" circle punch

Die cut two of the pillow box from Apricot card stock.  Adhere flaps to assemble the pillow box.  Stamp the large dot background from Mod Backgrounds 1 in Navy ink on the Vanilla crepe paper.  Wrap the Crepe paper around the box to create a band.  

Die cut smallest scalloped circle from Amethyst card stock using the Nestabilities Classic Scalloped Circles small set.  Stamp the sentiment in Navy ink in the center of the die cut Amethyst scalloped circle.  Punch 1 ½" circle from Navy card stock.  Adhere scalloped circle and Navy circle to a clear circle sticker.

Tie Vanilla organdy ribbon around the pillow box.  Adhere Thank You sticker to the front of the box using adhesive.

Wrapped Treat Holder

This idea could be used for any occasion!  I love how Shari layered the Amuse Studio card stock to make the treat holder.  

She used the Ferrero Rocher round chocolate candy for the special treats!  Thank you Shari for the darling presentation!

We received this anniversary card in the mail from Shari the other day.  I wanted to show some of the details of the coloring that she did - isn't it beautiful?  She used Amuse Studio's Charming Gardeners and also the Script Background to create a lovely card!  Thanks Shari!!

I realized I had a few more pictures that I took from the A-Muse-A-Palooza class that I had at my house last week so I thought I would post them on the blog today.  We did two projects per table so once they finished they would move on to the next table.  It worked out great!

Amuse Studio Pyramid Die Box

Linda at Amuse Studio featured the Pyramid Box die on her blog recently.  I love the crepe paper stem.  The cute carrot treats would be a big hit for Easter!  

These cute little treat holders would be great for any occasion.  She folded and adhered the flaps to the inside for a nice finished edge along the top, then wrapped crepe paper along the top edge.  She folded the crepe paper first to give it more fullness.  Tied it with some Bubblegum Sheer Organdy ribbon and added a rope handle with our Vanilla twine and voila!

Cupcake Wrapper Easter Treats!

Look at the darling Easter Treats that Linda at Amuse Studio created with our Cupcake Wrapper die.  The Amuse Studio Cupcake Wrapper Die set includes two dies, regular size and mini size.

Finished Size:  Large 8 9/16" x 3 ½"  Small 5 ⅜" x 1 ⅞"

Regular Price:  $39.99  Sale Price:  $29.99 during April 2014

To start, add a strip of adhesive to the inside of the cupcake wrapper from the tab to the far edge.  Then take your crepe paper and place about ¼" on the left edge of the adhesive and accordion fold along the adhesive strip to make a ruffle on the inside of the cupcake wrapper.  Be sure to go all the way to the edge of the cupcake wrapper so that there is no gap when it is assembled.  

Next trim off approximately ¼" off the top edge of the crepe paper and then cut into the edge to make a fringe/grass look.  Add a mini cupcake liner to put your treats in and die cut the bunny shape.  These would so cute on your Easter dinner table, you could write your guests names on the bunny.
