Season's Greetings!

I took an online card class earlier in December and this is one of the cards I made to follow along with the class assignments.  It was fun to get inspiration from the Instructors and then use the supplies that I already own!  

Over the next few weeks I will not have a blog post every day.  I do have a few scheduled posts that will happen automatically during the busy holiday season.  I'll be back in full swing after the first of the year!

Hello Deer & Thank You!

A fun Thank You that I created using the Hello Deer stamp set along with the Amuse Studio logo set.  My inspiration came from the awesome swag bag tote that we received at the Amuse Studio National Conference in May!

Reminder!

Just a friendly reminder that if you need anything from Amuse Studio before the big move, TODAY is the last day that orders will be shipping out of the Seattle office.  All orders must be placed by December 17, 2015 at 11:59 pm Eastern time.

10 days until Christmas.  I'm still working on getting all my cards in the mail!  This year as I was thinking about Christmas cards, I decided to use some of the cards in my stash. This is one among many that is still a classic favorite.

Merry Christmas

I was so happy with the way this printable card turned out.  It is an instant digital download I purchased for $5.00 from Kristina Werner.  I printed the cards using an HP Printer on matte photo paper with beautiful results!  The colors are so striking.  Here is a video you can watch as she created this stunning design.  She is an amazing artist@!

Snowman Shaker Card

I made this fun shaker card using the new Amuse Studio Photo Frame die.  I cut it once with the red paper and then twice with fun foam.  I glued together the two fun foam pieces and then adhered the clear card stock & red paper on top.  I added the white dots on the cherry card stock with the Kirarina white pen.

Snowflake Tags

Linda at AMuse Studio shared her cute snowflake tags on the blog yesterday.  She stamped a different snowflake on each one (from the Amuse Studio Snowflakes stamp set) using Versamark Ink.  Then added white embossing powder and fired up the heat tool.  It took about three times as long to melt the powder as normal but it works!  

She added a gold embossed rim around each tag by simply rolling the edge of the maple tag in Versamark ink and adding gold embossing powder.  Melting the powder on the rims was surprisingly quick.  You have to be careful to not to burn your fingers on this step!

These tags could be used as tree ornaments or as a gift wrapping embellishment.  The maple tags are the 1.5" tags from Amuse Studio!  So cute!
